I’m 44 years old, can I still apply for immigration to Canada.  My main purpose is to bring my son to Canada.

Yes you can apply for immigrate to Canada however, it will depend on the age of your son. If your son is under 18 no problem. They will change depends rule to be under age 22 in the fall.

opo, 3 months na po ako dito sa saskatchewan. plan ko sana mag apply ng SINP after 6 months ko dito, ask lang po ako kong magkano ang aabutin sa processing para makapaghanda ako. salamat po.

Salamat po sa pagbisita! Para lang po sa mga may valid work permit sa Canada po. Hindi sila kumukuha sa Pinas. Salamat!

Marginal note:Application

(2) The following provisions govern the residency obligation under subsection (1):

(a) a permanent resident complies with the residency obligation with respect to a five-year period if, on each of a total of at least 730 days in that five-year period, they are
