I have deposited my resume to Winnipeg Health Authority website to find job matches. I am continously browsing online jobs opportunities offered in Winnipeg. I am attending continues educcation conducted within our department and those workshops for Pharmacy Technicians offered by the Pharmaceutical Society in Singapoire. I am trying to acquire extra skills on the skills that are demand in the city. In fact, I had a part-time training on patient care, baby care and healthy mind management care in one of the Institute of Mental Health Long Stay Wards to have more exposures to elderly during my day offs. I am also making sure that I will widen my knowledge by reading online resources especially when it comes to Pharmacy Dispensing. I am also trying to enhance my skills with the use of computer and its applications. With this move, I can widen my scope and increase my opportunity to find job soon after arriving in Manitoba. With my early exposure on retail industry made me confident on dealing with people, in fact after I had finished my Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, I used to work as Territory Manager which is well know as Medical Representative detailing products of Roche Inc

Sample answer:

I am stationed in an outpatient clinic where most of the time I am dispensing medications to patients or their relatives. In this way, I can improve more on my English Language skills because I have more chances to participates. In Addition to this, I am also assigned in a task where I need to communicate to external vendors for the Clinics Q system. I communicate with them via phone and emails. During checking of prescriptions, we have opportunity to communicate with doctors in English because most of them are from different countries during intervention process.

In my workplace, there is a big opportunity to train myself, read and write english, my colleagues are from different countries like Austrailia, United Kingdom, most are from Malaysia. Our basic medium of communication at work is English. Apart from that, Singapore is a multicultural country, call centers hekplines and banking and any other transactions, communication is in English Language
