2 Pinoy Children drown identified, families seek assistance



The two children that tragically drowned at Grand Beach on Monday, August 1 has been named by relatives and friends as they remember and mourn their tragic deaths. The 12 year-old boy named David Medina who is turning 13, migrated in Winnipeg last November 26, 2014. They were originally from Dasmarinas, Cavite. While the 11 year-old girl, Jhonalyn Javier who came from Angeles City, Pampanga, migrated in Winnipeg last August 12, 2015.

Viewing for both children will take place at Mosaic Funeral Home (1839 Inkster Blvd) this coming Saturday & Sunday from 6pm to 12pm. Anyone who wishes to help can do so by giving it at the funeral (There’s no goFundMe account that’s been set up).
