The Prime Minister is meeting U.S. President Donald Trump for the first time on February 13, 2017. It is a one day trip to the US and one of his itineraries is to have a roundtable meeting with the Women’s Executives headed by Ivanka Trump (President Trump’s daughter). Trudeau brought his five cabinet ministers for the trip including Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland, Finance Minister Bill Morneau, Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan, Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale and Transport Minister Marc Garneau.
