Pinay in Canada Wins 1M on Lotto Max

A Pinay in Edmonton just became $1 million richer after winning the LOTTO MAX prize.

Jane Gurdiel was surprised herself when she discovered she had won. She even had to double-check , and then triple-check the prize amount she got.

“I checked my ticket with the self-scanner,” she said. “At first I thought I won $10,000, but there were too many zeros. When I finally put together that I won $1 million, I could not believe it.”

When asked how she will spend her winnings, Jane knows exactly what she’ll do with the money. She will finally get her dream home, allowing her to live rent-free.
